The Harris House

Reside in Breckenridge — a private residence, fully staffed, yours for a month or a season.
Request to Reside
There is a difference between visiting a place and living in it.

A visit is measured in nights. Residing is measured in mornings — waking to a warm home and a stocked kitchen, pulling on your boots, on the mountain before the coffee’s cold.

The Harris House is prepared before you arrive and kept in quiet order the whole time you’re here. Groceries on the counter. The home warm. A dedicated team in the background — housekeeping, provisioning, a concierge who knows your name — so the only thing you manage is your time.

You come to reside, not to pass through.

Your Breckenridge

You don’t drive to town. You live in it.

The Harris House sits in the heart of Breckenridge — Main Street on foot, the mountain minutes away, and quiet at your back. This is the part a stay never reaches: the town becomes yours.

Your table in town

Rootstalk, the James Beard–winning New American room, and its Italian sister Radicato — both a short walk up Main. Your concierge holds the reservations that are hard to get.

Carter Park at the back gate

Carter Park sits at the north edge of the property — playground, pavilion, sledding hill in winter, off-leash dog park. A locals’ park, and the trailheads only minutes past it. The outdoors begins where the house ends.

The arts are neighbors

Breck Create keeps the town in culture year-round. The Riverwalk Center — a 750-seat hall on the banks of the Blue River — brings orchestra, film, and live music within a walk of the door, and the historic Arts District campus a few blocks on holds galleries, working studios, and ceramics and painting workshops for a slow afternoon. The culture a visitor drives past, you live inside.

One block to the shuttle

The free Breckenridge shuttle stops a block from the door — connections to the BreckConnect Gondola, Beaver Run, Main Street, and the Peak 8 base. No car required for the town or the mountain.

The pantry, taken care of

Your kitchen is stocked to your list before you arrive and kept full by your concierge. If you’d rather walk the errand yourself, City Market and the corner liquor store are a short walk from the door.

On the mountain

Lifts within reach, and ski passes and rentals we coordinate before you arrive — so your first morning is spent skiing, not in line.

Through the seasons

Powder and fireside in winter; wildflower trails, the river, and long light in summer. A residence for the season you choose.

What comes with the residence

The house runs itself, so you simply live.

Every Reserve residence arrives fully staffed and provisioned. These are not add-ons — they are what it means to reside with us.

Prepared for arrival

The home warmed and readied, the pantry stocked to the list you share before you come.

Housekeeping

Twice-weekly service and a full refresh — linens and consumables kept replenished throughout.

Your concierge

One dedicated point of contact for reservations, recommendations, and the details you’d rather not chase.

Grocery provisioning

Share the list, keep the kitchen full. Replenished on request while you’re on the mountain.

Chef service

A single dinner, a week of them, or a celebration menu — our chef cooks, you sit down to a table already set.

Ski rentals & transport

Gear fitted and delivered to the door; private transport to the slopes and town arranged on request.

A hospitality package is part of residing here.
Every Reserve residence is offered with our household team and services — it is included with the home, not an optional extra. Levels of service are tailored to your stay and shared with your invitation.

Your team

A residence comes with people.

The house is only half of it. What makes a season here feel effortless is the small team who quietly keeps it running — and you come to know them by name.

Concierge

Your concierge

One dedicated person for reservations, recommendations, and the details you’d rather not chase. The first voice you’ll hear, and the one who knows your stay.

Culinary

Your chef

A private chef who cooks in the home — a weeknight dinner, a full week of them, a table set for a celebration.

Introduced by name when your invitation arrives.
Housekeeping

Your housekeeper

Twice-weekly service and a full refresh, linens and consumables replenished throughout, the home kept quietly in order while you’re on the mountain.

Maintenance

On call, on site

A local team a short drive away for anything the house needs, so a season here is something you live rather than manage.
